The Vessel was created during the artist’s residency in Jingdezhen, China 2021. The work treats the heart as a vessel, translating bodily rhythm into ceramic form. Through curved structures and the circulation of incense smoke, the piece maps repetition, flow, and containment, forming a continuously shifting meditative space.

In 2025, Xin collaborated with Assembly Loop Lab at Pratt in New York to produce a series of 3D-printed ceramic vessels.
